They are always honest about their descriptions, they have your things packed for you when you arrive at pickup and they are all lovely to deal with. Even the young men who work at the pickup desk are always friendly and helpful. I bid with this company whenever I possibly can and I would hire them myself if I ever need to have an estate auction.
